Alexis went to the ped and is doing great! She is growing ahead of the curve and is 6.5lbs. She is still sleeping a lot during the day but we enjoy the moments when she is awake so we can see her pretty eyes. Addi gets super excited when she is awake because she likes it when Alexis is looking at her. Alexis loves having her feet rubbed, it seems to be calming for her, mom agrees and will let anyone rub her feet also (hint hint). Today Alexis rolled from her back to her side! We're going to have to watch her, she is going to be a mover.We made it to the zoo the one nice day where it wasn't raining. Dad was still dying from the humidity but we were grateful for the chance to get out and play. Addi was super excited because she spotted a real dinosaur! It was actually the rhinoceros but I can't say that I blame her, it is dinosaur like.
We are still at our hotel and are anxious to go home but life in the hotel has been cozy and we are not going stir crazy yet. We are grateful for this speacial time together as a family.
