Hello Everyone!
We finally were able to bring Alexis home. There are a lot of little things that you miss about your home and your possessions that you just take for granted. It is so good to be back. I think that we have been running on adrenaline for the last couple of weeks, and if you thought we were tired in Tennessee, we are exhausted here, but it's a happy exhaustion.
Lexi is doing great, she had her two week check up and she is now 6lbs 13ounces and 19.75 inches. She is growing so fast and has changed so much in two weeks, we can really see the growth. We have bumped her up to 3 ounces of formula and she still wakes up every 3 hours to eat and keeps it all down. Today after she ate she just sat an looked around at everything for about an hour, it was so cute to see her little eyes move all around the room looking. Lexi loves to snuggle but she doesn't really enjoy her swaddler, she would rather have her arms free. Lexi is such a happy little one, she smiles a lot and has the cutest little double dimples.
We are so happy to be home with our little family. Tired but happy.
