It's a BEAU-tiful October in Idaho, and we are making the most of it at the GranFam House!
Addi helps make party favors for a baby shower celebrating the soon arrival of a new cousin!

Cousin Fun.
"Take my Picture Mom!"
You are my Sunshine, My only Sunshine...
Leightons idea of clean up.
Does it count as "take them down stairs" if they are on the stairs that lead down?
Two.
The Wells Fargo Wagon came to town.
"Oh please let it be for me!"
Trading on up from silver to gold. A new(er) mini van was not a part of our October plans but I have heard that change can be good. Maybe next time we will upgrade to platnium.

Dinner and a Show.

Picnic in the family room before school begins.
Consisting of our number one staple, animal crackers.

Dressed as Ariel, Austin "pretends" to be asleep on the stairs.
Addi's school fund raiser selling Fun Shaped Pasta.
Mommy's favorite new addition to the neighborhood! Hopefully it will help keep drivers at a safe speed as they come around our corner.
Date Night at a Jazz game, sort of.
The truth is that Brinn received tickets through work for an opportunity to invite a realtor to join us at the game as a way to schmooze him.
But six hours in the car round trip gave us plenty of time to hang out, and have an actual, uninterrupted, conversation!
So it counts as a date night.
Jazz playing the Rockets.
Row 7 seats means moving into the 'padded' section.
Can't be too shabby of seats when you see who we are sitting near.
Eight people over, one row in front, suit, balding...
That is NBA Commissioner Adam Silver.
And that's only the beginning of our October!
