Glorious November

Snow!

It makes our little world into a glorious winter wonderland!

Our kids could have played for hours, oh wait they did!

Addi has an idea.  A snow fort.

Go for it Addi!

With a little help from her siblings the snow fort begins to take shape.

It began with one giant snow ball, then two, then three... 

Working til the sun goes down.  I think we should call it a day and come in and warm up. 

There are a lot of activities for one to do inside on a cold snowy day.

Little Lexi is creating again.  

This time with a screwdriver and cardboard.  She free handed - I mean- free punched- a monkey face.

Then she colored it! 

 Lexi and Lei and their art displays.  

Lexi has her hole-punched monkey and Leighton drew a picture of Rapunzel  and hole-punched lanterns all over the sky. 

And it looks like they found a way to display their toys across the curtain rod.

Clever and busy little girls!

Mom was trying out some new paint samples in the kitchen.  It looks like someone wast trying to help her and made a swirl with the paint brush on the wall.  Who could have possible done that?

Should have guessed.

Lexi our most creative, curious, destructive, moody, incredibly smart and sweet little girl. 

 This picture is because Lexi is the only one who would fill a plastic bag with water, tie a string to it, carry it around because she is "Playing" with it.

Now that the weather has "warmed up" according to Idaho standards it is time to detangle those Christmas lights and put them up before it snows again!

Free rides at this kid zoo! 

And a new Baby Camel at the Animal Zoo that we pass when we are out and about.

"Bear"-ly able to hold this big guy.  

Cuz we fall asleep on the couch in the evenings a lot. 

We brought out the Christmas toys early.  It looks like Santa and Mrs.Claus are going to have quite the play time adventures for the next month!

Looks like Lexi and her sticky fingers are at it again!

Family Home Evening at the Museum.

Argh its a night on the high seas with this fearsome crew.

November is also a time of reflection and thanksgiving.

We are most grateful for each other, our children, and everyone that we consider to be our family and friends!  Thanks for being invested enough in us to continue to read our blog!
