The Beauty and Awe of Glacier National Park!
As we make our way towards Canada, we knew that we wanted to drive the "Going to the Sun Road" in Glacier National Park. This famous road is 50 miles of narrow, winding, dangerous switchbacks that make their way around a up the mountainsides. It is only open from mid June (depending if the snow plows can clear the road by then) to mid September. This stretch of our trip was breath taking- literally! There was several points along this narrow road where Mommy found herself hyperventilating due to the sheer drop off's we were driving along.
