Yellowstone Vacation

We escaped for a little family R&R this weekend in West Yellowstone. The kids enjoyed the change of pace and loved going swimming everyday. The resort had a great swimming pool and kiddie pool or "kitty-kat" pool as Addi called it!

Addi loves being the big sister and to help Lexi. Lexi is a good sport.

Lexi is growing and getting stronger everyday, but it never hurts to get a little extra support when sitting up from her soon to be baby sister.

Or to use her baby sister as a pillow! All that swimming can be exhausting but it's okay to take a nap with mommy.

Daddy's favorite outing was going to the imax theater to watch a double feature, "Yellowstone" and "Alaska". The girls were great in the theater. Lexi is the only baby in the world that would sit in a theater and just watch the movie completely wide eyed and captivated. Addi could not decided which was scarier, the bears on screen or the fact that her chair seat could flip and she would not sit on it unless we held it down for her the entire time.

We had a great time, but as the saying goes "There's no place like home." Here are some pics of the girls back at home.

Little bumble bee!

Striking a pose.

Big blue eyes.

Sisters.

Couldn't resist the clip of Addi on the way to Yellowstone. Repeated chanting in the car never gets old :).

So fun! You have the prettiest girls! I hope that your glucose test went well... you will have to let us know! If y'all are bored you are welcome to come by the hospital on Thursday... :) I have this vision in my head that once I have the epidural I will be just relaxing, hanging out, possibly even bored. :) I hope it is true! :)
