Time just seems to be getting away from us this week as we prepare for our up coming weekend. We are so excited to go to the temple and to see everyone! We just hope the weather cooperates, its a little chilly today! 
Lexi is growing so fast. She is constantly changing and doing new things each day. She recently discovered her feet and loves to try and eat them. Addi has tried very hard to explain to Lexi how gross it is to eat your toes, her reasons are that Lexi will get her feet all slimy but the most important reason is that its really gross if you have fuzzy wuzzies in between your toes. This is coming from the big sister who is scared of fuzzy wuzzies and checks often to make sure she doesn't have any. Lexi is also trying really hard to sit up on her own. It doesn't matter if she is laying on a blanket or if she is sitting up on the couch she will pull her self forward into a crunch position, it wont be long now until she is sitting up and moving on to bigger and unfortunately more mobile achievements. Why can't they stay little longer. Lexi also loved to talk. She is very vocal and expressive but her most recent form of communication is when she gets excited she presses her lips together and exhales, causing her to blow spit everywhere. Lexi is the queen of the term "say it, don't spray it". Lexi also had her first taste of rice cereal! As you can imagine, it was very exciting and unfortunately Mommy was in the line of fire (or this case "spray") when Lexi got excited.
The girls had a great St.Patrick's day. We had green milk on our cereal, dressed in green and talked about how Leprechauns might pinch our bums if we weren't wearing green! It just happened to be Daddy's day off work that week so we took the girls to get green ice cream from the dairy.
Can't help but think our girls look good in green!
