March 2016

Easy like a Saturday Morning...
Pancakes use to be our Sunday Tradition, but since Dad has meetings before and after church , pancakes are now a Saturday thing!

Talking to Grandma and Grandpa.
Austin love to have conversations with Grandma and Grandpa on the phone.
Mostly his phone calls are pretend, but when he is talking to Grandma he will say
"Hi, Grandma, I love you, bye." then kisses the phone.

Meals are a complicated thing at our house.
They said it would get easier as the kids got older,
they were wrong.

So what happens when you insist on being spoon feed?

Well for Austin,
The food makes your body just want to dance!
of course!?!

And then you realize that Mom is taking pictures of your silliness.

Leighton's turn to be spoon fed.  Little Miss Sensory Issues does not like new food, mixed food, certain textures, meat, or certain colors of food.  She melts down for a good 20 minutes at the beginning of the meal, only to be force feed her first bite and then usually decided that she likes the food and eats the rest willingly.

This is the point when she actually realizes that she is okay with the food.
Heaven help us all!!

And then there is Cookie Monster.  We can always tell where Lexi eats due to the about of crumbage and mess surrounding her area.

Leighton's Art.
Leighton has been working on perfecting her art in Story Writing, Drawing and Composing.
She has written the theme to Star Wars Rebel's Theme Song for the piano.

Leighton's portrait of her and Austin, also given as a gift to her brother as a gift!

And Leighton's picture for her sister Lexi.

This Boy.

It's St. Patricks Day! The kids are ready to see of the Leprechaun left them a surprise, but nobody want to go out in the cold!

Lexi is the Brave Soul!  Love the face!
(and that we still have a Merry Christmas mat out in March)

This seems like a good time to escape for Spring Break!
