This is how we do it...

Good morning, it's another day in the GranFam house and even though at times is seems monotonous  it is never dull.  From the moment we hear little feet coming into our room we know that the day has already started and there is no stopping it!

Mornings begin with a nice bowl of Cheerios   But like most things in the GranFam house, someone else's bowl always tastes better.  The good news here is at least Lei is eating  and she is using a spoon to do it.  She is our picky little eater and if she doesn't like it then she throws it, and even if she does like it she will put it on her head and wear it.  Meal time with Lei is always an adventure.

Ausi is generally very patient during meal time, but sometimes he will just fall asleep.

I love it when the kids are just hanging out together.  It's sweet.  It's a moment of calm and tenderness.  I wish I could freeze them like this forever!

Daddy and Mommy got to go to a Utah Jazz game compliments of Daddy's company.  Row 14, VIP dinner and free concessions.  Yup, this is the way to do it.  It was a good game too, the Jazz won with only a two point lead.  Not sure what the guy behind us is doing, it was too exciting to sleep though, maybe praying for the Jazz to make their free throws?

Mommy & Addi date (cuz dad doesn't ice skate).  Addi had been asking to go ice skating for her first time so Mommy took her.  We had lots of fun and after several times around the rink, Addi was starting to feel secure enough to let go of the edge!  Mommy (thankful that she didn't fall at all) remembered how painfully uncomfortable ice skates are and thought that her feet were going to be a bloody mess by the end of this adventure!  Next time she will have to wear more layers of socks.

Lexi loves her baby brother and loves to torture, oh I mean PLAY with him.

He is a good sport.

Ausi is growing and getting stronger.  He can roll over, sit up on his own, and he even scoots around in a sitting position.  He has been able to get up on his hands and knees, and will rock a bit but no crawling yet.

Working out this much is exhausting!

Lexi and Lei love to paint.  They are so funny and will dip their brushes in all the paint colors first before painting the paper, so the only color they end up with is a muddy brown color!

Horsing around, GranFam style.

Lexi, our little crack-up, comes up with the funniest things all the time.  This is her being Superman.  What?!  How does she even know about superman?  Funny little girl.

Lexi lov'n on her little bro again!  If Ausi is down on the floor it is only a matter of seconds before Lexi has him sitting on her lap.  She loves holding him and playing with him.

All ready for school!  Lei loves to pretend to go on the bus, just like her big sister Addi.  She even dresses in Addi's coat, shoes and backpack then watches for the bus out the window.  She gets so sad when Addi leaves... not sure if it is because Addi is leaving or if its that Addi is taking her 'stuff'.  Little Lei can't wait to be bigger!

This is one crazy morning!  Every time I turned around the kids were getting into something- literally.
And check out Lexi's pig tails cuz this was the last time I saw them.

Yes.  The next thing I knew was that Addi had cut Lexi's pig tails in half, as well as a small section of her own hair.  No before pics, Mommy had to take a time out before taking them to get their hair fixed.  But Lexi now has a super cute bob, and Addi had blending layers added.

Super Cute! (even with the tattoos on her arms)

But the party isn't over until someone poops!

And that people, is how we do it.
