Chaos!

Chaos come in threes at our house!  It keeps us constantly busy but also constantly entertained.

Here is a end of dinner mayhem at the GranFam house when Lexi learned a new word to announce that she had finished eating.  Ta-Daa!

Speaking of Lexi and dinner, I had gotten the camera out to take a picture of Lexi surrounded by her macaroni that she had thrown, but her insistent finger up the nose and saying ouchy- Yup, Lexi had shoved mac'n'cheese up her nose.  Two days later, she did it again!  We are going to have to watch this one.
Lexi is talking so much these days, while getting the girls dressed this morning I finished buttoning up Lexi's dress and she bounced up and while bounding down the hallway she said "thank-you mommy, cute!" even though it comes out more like "tantoo mummy, toot!"  She is also getting really tall.  She can reach things on the counter now, so nothing is safe.  In true Lexi fashion, she got some lipstick off the counter (she is soo smart) she quietly goes into the laundry room, closes the door for her own little private time.  When Mommy found her she said "Hi mommy, uh-oh look!"  Uh-Oh is right!

Addi is proudly sporting her Team Saylor shirt and we joined her little friend Saylor and walked for a cure for Juvenile Diabetes.  Walk, lunch, bounce house, face painting and getting to hang out with your bff.  It was a great day!

Leighton is now cruising with the big girls.  But from this video you can see how she mastered the art of crawling.

Leighton is also mastering the art of climbing, mimicking, blowing kisses, snuggling and playing peek-a-boo.  She loves to color (ok she prefers to eat the crayons), she loves to comb her hair, her sister's hair, the carpet...  She is a busy babe.

Daddy **beware**.  Addi's latest obsession is wanting a real puppy.  I'm not sure why, it looks like Lexi is doing a fine job as pet puppy, however, she's not potty trained either...do they make doggy diapers?

Have I mentioned how funny Lexi is?  She likes making her own funny little jokes, one of her latest ones is she will find an odd place to lay down and then tell me night-night.

Which is funny since she doesn't do that when I put her in her crib.  Night-night silly girls!
