Catching up with the GranFam

We have been going though some of the photos and video clips and realized that we had some catching up to do!

We took a trip to Grandpa's Farm in Canada.  The kids were great little travelers.  It's always fun to go visit and show off the girls.


Lei is the happiest little baby with the giant smile.  She loves to suck on her fingers which constitutes a lot of drool.

At her 4 month check up she weighed 14.4 lbs (65%) and was 25.5 inches long (80%).  That is only 4 lbs lighter than her older sister, and mommy would like to point out that combined it is 32 lbs of non-walking and wiggly babies to carry!

Lexi loved being out on the farm.  She didn't seem to mind getting close to "Dusty" the horse, as long as Daddy was close by.

Lexi is such busy little girl, she is into everything- literally.  She loves to explore, touch, climb on and climb into.  She often leaves a trail of explored items behind her and notice that her feet are not on the floor!

Super sweet sister, loves to interact!  Lexi loves to play with both her sisters.  She pushes Lei in the swing, Lei loves the interaction, but my be a little terrified at the same time.  Lexi also loves to wrestle with Addi.  It is so funny to watch as she flings her self onto her unsuspecting older sister.  Addi takes it in strides but is usually soft with her very active little sister. 

Addi is our big girl who gets older every day.

Addi loves preschool and projects!  The other day was a Halloween themed day and they were talking about spiders.  Her teacher handed out spider rings, which Addi would not touch.  It took some convincing to get her to wear her spider headband.

Addi also just had a hair cut!  Before and after pics.  We cut about 5 inches off.

Our little traveling troops.  They did so good in the car!  It is about a 9 hour drive to Grandma and Grandpa's house, but worth it for all the fun the kids had.  It is Harvest time so the kids got to ride with Grandpa in the combine.  Addi was so excited, she even sat on Grandpa's lap and drove the combine!  The kids love being out on the farm and all the attention they get from family.

Lots of childhood memories for Mommy, so glad our kids had the opportunity to experience a small glimpse of harvest!
