Good Bye To Summer

We can not believe that summer is now over. It went by so quickly but we tried to make the most of it. Here are some picks of our family at a near by carousel! The girls loved it.

Addi has changed so much this summer and is such a good big sister. She helps mommy pick up toys and helps make her little sisters smile and keeping them in check. Her line of the week was when she saw Lexi getting into something Addi thought she shouldn't and while tattling on her sister to mommy she said "That's your daughter!"

Addi is also going through a stuffed animal stage. We often find her in the middle of the night asleep on the floor amongst all her toys. We have also have had her calling out at three o'clock in the morning to come help her because she wants to sleep in our bed but her arms are too full of toys that she needs daddy's help to carry them to our bed. Not sure why but daddy goes and helps bring all the toys. Bed space is very limited by morning.

Lexi is crawling in, around, over and under everything. She loves it when big sister crawls beside her or chases her. Lexi is funny when she is headed with a specific goal in mind and if you say her name or go after her she will tuck her chin down toward her chest and crawl faster! I think she is trying to make her self more aerodynamic. She pulls her self up onto everything including her sisters. We would not be surprised if she is walking within the next couple of weeks.

Lexi is also LOUD! She talks all the time and her shrieks leave my ears ringing. If I were to ever go deaf it would be because of Lexi. She is working on turning her babbles into words, she says hi and uh oh. Lexi has cut another tooth, this one is on the top, and from the looks of it there are a couple of more on their way. This is a fun picture of Lexi just out of the bath and ready for bed.

Lei is a sweetheart. She is three months old and wants to be sitting up all the time. I think it's because she loves to watch her big sisters play. She is super smiley, loves to make spit bubbles and is starting to laugh! In our house Lei is know at our Polynesian princess which seems fitting for our only olive skinned beauty.

Lei is such a good sleeper and will take several naps during the day and then a solid 9-10 hours straight at night. She is my only baby that is refusing to take a pacifier, and she loves to suck on her little fists.

Summer was triple the fun with three beautiful girls. They have all grown so much is summer and are becoming good little buddies. This morning we were all sitting around the table eating breakfast and we started singing "girls club, girls club, oh yeah!" and all the girls would giggle and bob their heads as we chanted. They are pretty special little girls.
