2010 with the Gran Girls

It's 2010 and the gran girls are keeping busy! We went up to Canada for two weeks to see Grandma and Grandpa, and to also help great grandma M celebrate her 90th birthday.
Addi was busy enough to keep Mom, Grandma and Grandpa all on their toes, there is way too much stuff to get into at Grandma's house. We would ask Addi if she wanted to find some toys to play with and she would say no, she wanted to play with stuff. Stuff to her ended up being grandpa's highlighters, Grandma's purse, anything she could find in the refrigerator or pantry, and a bottle of red nail polish. There is still a missing bottle of baby wash that I am sure is saturating a carpet somewhere in the house.
Lexi won over the hearts of everyone in Canada with her flirtatious little smile. Lexi is starting to sit up a bit more on her own and she loves to coo and tell you stories. She is so smiley and is starting to giggle. She is so alert and will watch you everywhere you go, but when she catches your eye she breaks into a huge grin. Lexi also discovered that she can catch her own eye in the mirror when taking a bath. She loves what she sees and doesn't mind telling herself so.
While the girls were gone Daddy (with the help of uncle d, aunt c and skipper) finished the new bedroom and got the new crib set up! Lexi is sleeping though the night in her new crib. The rooms look good and now that mommy is home we just have to put the pictures on the walls and a few finishing touches, pictures soon to come!
